Program Structure

  • The first month is focused on you as a collaborative negotiator and your proficiency with the difficult conversations model.

  • Week 1 - Masterclass. Leaders need to embrace 3 key conflict roles: conflict coach, conflict educator, conflict facilitator. One will be covered each month.

  • Week 2 - Practice. To strengthen yourself as a collaborative leader role model, you need to keep learning, reflecting and receiving feedback. Each month, you have the opportunity to put the difficult conversation concepts into practice. Hot seats are also available, to debrief one person’s situation, applying the model to that context.

  • Week 3 - Guest Interview with a real-world Conflict Leader. Each month, a conflict leader guest will speak to the challenges and triumphs of conflict engagement in the workplace for leaders.
